One optional coaching approach includes intuitive art, journaling and photography to help you reconnect with God's vision for your life. Art becomes more than a creative outlet - it becomes a spiritual conversation. The ability to PAUSE and listen to that still small voice.

Art allows you to express emotions you may not yet have words for. It's a sacred space to invite the Holy Spirit, release burdens, and let the creativity rise from within.
Journaling allows your deepest thoughts to flow out like a river with no specific ending in sight.
Photography helps you see yourself and your world through a new lens. We use it to capture moments and reframe how you see your story.

You don't need to be an artist - just open to something new. These creative practices are gentle, Spirit-led, and grounded in Biblical truth. Together, we'll use them to explore your identity, process values and beliefs, and receive God's insight in a visual, tangible way.
